ACCOMMODATION
The
house is on two floors and consists of a large sitting room with
American style kitchen. A laundry room with washer and dryer as well as
sink and ironing facilities. A sunny dining room and a total of four
bedrooms, two double (en suite) and two twin.
Both
of the double bedrooms have covered balconies with views of the garden
and swimming pool.
Outside the property is a delight to behold. It has
acres of gardens and a large 12 Metre by 5 metre swimming pool.

There is a bbq and summer
kitchen. Have fun playing table tennis or just relax in a hammock in
the trees. It has acres of gardens and a large 12 metre by 5 metre
swimming pool and spa. Heating is available for the swimming pool and
spa at extra cost, this is perfect for the hot days and cooler evening
out of season.
The grounds are mainly laid
to lawn with a rustic feel. There are 4 cycles for use in the local
countryside.
There is a caretaker living
on the premises in a separate accommodation who speaks English, French
and Dutch. Mid week cleaning of the house included in the price

Beziers 17 km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town,
rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August
lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and
partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.

30km North of Beziers are the mountains and rocky gorges of the
