Property Location

Property with four double bedrooms, three showers bathrooms, three kitchens.

The house can be used as one but with separate self contained areas, so you can share all the fun with your family friends etc then escape to your own part of the house for your own privacy.

The upstairs part of the house has 2 double bedrooms, the downstairs unit has 1 double bedroom with extra Z beds if needed, the chalet (gite) which is inside the house wall has a double bed and bunk beds suitable for a family with young children. There are 3 terraces, a BBQ area with grapes growing over your head so making it lovely and cool to drink some of the lovely local wines.

There is a 300 metre rear garden with the river Ceze at the end for swimming , fishing, etc etc a good selection of board games, cycles to use but at your own risk, kids scooters, there are 5 caves under the house.

The house sleeps up to 12 but that is using the Z beds.
  

 

 

 

There is a brand new restaurant bar 5 mins walk away with swimming in the gin clear river , canoeing within 20 mins its great fun I promise and mention my house and you get a discount.

Pont du Gard is about 1 hour away, on the road to Uzes there is a new fishing lake with its restaurant on site with rod hire , next door there is a children’s water park.

The beach is approx 1 hour 15 mins drive but really worth a visit, grottos nearby , the house is surrounded by the mountains so beautiful views, the town of Besseges is 5 mins drive away with everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, a few bars, but still keeping that French taste, the baker calls every morning with all your needs.

There is a campsite within 5 mins, the owner has agreed to let my guests use his facilities for a small fee, he has a bar and restaurant but if you do want to use it please mention you are from my house. Also near the town of Barjac there are quad bikes which are great fun.
